For Level 1-3, the wagering multiplier is x45 to x40.
For Level 4-5, the wagering multiplier is x35.
For Level 6-7, the wagering multiplier is x30.
For Level 8-9, the wagering multiplier is x25 to x10.
For Level 10, the wagering multiplier is x10.
